David and Mark awarded Gold level Kirkpatrick certification

David Dewhurst and Mark Harris have become Kirkpatrick Certified at Gold level. This was awarded as a result of their application of Kirkpatrick Four Levels® in an extensive Leadership Development Programme at Stockton Alliance, a mining company's on New Zealand's west coast. David and Mark have been working with their 120 leaders over the past three years. In May 2013, they presented their case study findings at Australian Training and Development's International Conference in Melbourne.
